Privacy Policy

King Zee Tech Hub ("we", "us") runs zeetechhub.com. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email (if given), delivery address, order notes and the items you buy.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded and its Paystack reference. We never see or store your card number, CVV or Mobile Money PIN. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack.
• Security data: a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, kept briefly to block spam and abuse.
• Your cart: stored only in your own browser so it's there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.

2. Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To keep accounting and tax records required by law.
• To protect the store and our customers from fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run your order:

• Paystack: to process card and Mobile Money payments.
• Delivery riders and couriers: your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to order or chat with us on WhatsApp.
• Hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), which securely store and serve our website and database. Their servers may be outside Ghana. They process data only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Security data is deleted automatically within a day. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

5. How we protect it

• All traffic to our site is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Our database restricts access so customers can never see each other's orders.
• Staff access requires a password and two-factor authentication.
• Payment details never touch our servers.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it by law.
• Stop contacting you for marketing.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

7. Children

Our store is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on our site.
